The meeting in Mont de Marsan

Minutes
Written for the project meeting at Mont de Marsan, France, which took place between  20th and 24th May 2013 with the participation of the partners involved in the “Prove Your Responsibility”Comenius partnership.
As planned, the meeting program started on 20th May,2013 with the arrival of the delegations and the accommodation of the students and the teachers in the boarding school and the hotel.
In the morning of 21st of May the guests were greeted by the French Comenius team and the Headmaster, Mr Weissberg. During the first session the students presented their work on the Fair Trade issues done at the home schools. Then they started to organize themselves for the parade of fashion show ( the final product of this topic) followed by a Fair Trade snack offered by Alter Eco which was to happen in the St Roch square on the next day. As a part of an induction procedure the students tried the game brought by the German delegation.
In the afternoon a treasure hunt was organized to discover the main touristic places of Mont de Marsan. This treasure hunt enabled all the students to be together.
                On 22nd of May, at 9 o’clock the students were instructed to prepare the equipment and organize the whole Fair Trade clothes fashion show.
                The third day of the meeting, the Thursday, all the participants visited the touristic attractions of the Aquitaine / Pyrénées Atlantique region: the Basque museum, the chocolate museum ( with Fair trade chocolate) and they walked on the beach in Hossegor.
                The last day, the 24th of May, started with the students’ and teachers’ summary and evaluation of the meeting. Students participated in sport activities before they started their back home journey.
During the meeting the teachers updated schedule matters and the contents of the blog.

The Polish teachers were:
-          Jolanta Kulesza, Beata Jankowska-Kulesza, Jolanta Cimochowska and Malgorzata Soklo.
The German teachers were:
-          Jochen Pellatz, Raymond Rauchel and Jutta Schwarz.
The French teachers were:
-          Emmanuelle Dehez, Evelyne Fachetti, Marie-Laure Darriau and Christel Ferrand.
